We were excited to help SSG Travis Mills and his wife, Kelsey with flights to host an annual holiday toy drive at Ft. Bragg! We flew the Mills from ME to NC and then to TX with help from our wonderful volunteer pilots, Barry Lerman and Karl Hoffman! The Travis Mills Foundation provides support to combat-wounded veterans and their families. Through our PALS for Patriots program, PALS helps attendees get to and from their retreat with free air transportation. Congratulations to Theresa! After 3 long years she was finally able to take home Oscar, her service dog who has been trained just for her! Theresa is a wounded veteran who we flew from Westerfield, OH to Smithtown, NY to America’s VetDogs for training and to pick up her service dog which will help with her injuries sustained during deployment. Adorable little Ruby recently traveled to her care on a PALS flight! Ruby and her parents had to travel from their home in Delaware to Ruby's appointment at Neumours/Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children in Gary, IN.
