Dear our beloved clients. We want to thank our clients who have been following the mask policy. As required by the state of NY, to run a business my shop required my employees to wear masks while we work or we can be fined if reported and it's simply for the safety of our salon team, all of our families as well as you and yours. When we schedule you an appointment we let you know of our current mask wearing policy. IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH IT OR WILL NOT FOLLOW please don't sch...edule an appointment with us. Simple as that. I, Pirada, have asthma and I live with my mother who is almost 70 years old. If you have no respect for us then we don't need to be nice about it. I'm kind of done arguing with certain clients who just want to do what they want to do. If we have to endure and wear it for at least 8-10 hours a day while we work, then you can too for a couple of minutes that you hand your dog to us. Doesn't matter that you are outside because we are still within 6 feet distance of each other. You do what you have to do on your end when it doesn't involve our business I don't care. AND YES OUR FRONT DOOR WILL STILL BE LOCKED. It's easy for us to prevent certain clients or whoever that want to walk into the salon without masks and to constantly stop what we are doing to constantly sanitize the salon. I'm not going to let certain clients not wearing it and certain clients have to. WE ARE ENFORCING IT ON EVERYONE. Do you know how many clients or their family or other business owner that are closed because they passed away due to covid19? We don't want that happen to you and we don't want to die. After all that will save you a trouble of looking for a new groomer. Or raise a price on innocent clients because we got hefty fine. We don't have enough time in a day to fit everyone in for grooming as it is. We mostly work with stress with time and frankly grooming is a very very physical job. Please don't add more stress to this. During this pandemic wherever you go you pretty much need masks. UNTIL THE STATE LIFT THE MANDATORY MASK REQUIREMENT AND THERE'S A PROVEN CURE FOR COVID19, THE FRONT DOOR WILL STILL BE LOCKED AND ALL THE CLIENTS HAVE TO WEAR MASK DURING PICK UP AND DROP OFF. And to that person that F bomb at my sister for wanting to come inside and not wearing a mask... well if you don't know majority of groomers have foul mouths that includes us. And not to sound unprofessional, we are human, and we will not hold back. You will get it right back and more. We can curse like sailors just so you know. Ok done venting for the day. I'm just to upset to add cute doggy pictures....so next time...TGIF See more

One of our lovely client sent us this. It's Benji with a collection of bandanas we put on him after each grooming session and his family member made a comforter out of them for him to sleep on. This is soooo adorable !!!
