Dear Peaks Friends! We wanted to let you know that one of our staff members roommates has been exposed to COVID-19. Our team has shown no symptoms, and this exposure was NOT at Peaks. In an effort to communicate with our community and keep you (and our staff!) as safe as possible, we will be closed this Friday - Sunday, while we all get tested. Rest assured our team practices safe distancing and strict hygiene policies while working. Thank you for your continued support. I don’t know about you all, but we are feeling these slow, dreary mornings. We’re here for you, with coffee *and* breakfast on the go, so you can stay in bed for that extra minute, or five. Try out our breakfast burrito, bacon, egg & cheese topped with spinach and sriracha mayo wrapped & warmed up on the grill. We’re here til 3pm today!

Happy Saturday! It’s vegan donut day here at the shop! Today @thesweetpraxis hooked us up with their vanilla sprinkle and chai latte flavors. Pair one with a hot coffee, it’s chilly out there today.

We miss sharing our space with you, Syracuse and appreciate your continued support through these strange times. This week is mental health awareness month, ending on the 10th. Ending the stigma is important to us, we serve coffee but with the intention of using it as a catalyst to have conversations with our community. Our business was founded with the intention of meeting each and every person we encounter at their peak, or in their valley. Following our 5th anniversary, we have decided to donate 10% of all cafe and roastery sales this week, to NAMI Syracuse, a nonprofit organization... that’s dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
