Thank you to all the members and guests who donated toys at our last 2 hockey nights at the Nest. We were very excited this week to deliver 4 large boxes of toys to St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy. Also thank you to Danica Pruski for managing the toy table. Merry Christmas to all!

Merry Christmas from Nest 6! Please join us on Saturday, December 11 for some holiday cheer and Sabres hockey. We are collecting new unwrapped toys for St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy. Bring a toy, get a free drink! We are also having our Nest ornament exchange. If you’d like to participate, bring a wrapped $10 ornament and you’ll receive one back . The kitchen will have Italian sausage sandwiches and a side available as well. Hope you can make it!

A dear member, friend, mentor, Instructor, Marian Wesolowski passed away on November 22 in Delray Beach, Fl. A memorial service will be held in Buffalo on January 15. Details to follow.

Thank you to all who donated and bought raffle tickets for our Pinktober raffle. We are overwhelmed by your generosity during this time of limited hours at the Nest. We are happy to report that we raised $610 for the Pink Pillow Project. Our 2 raffle winners were: Lottery Frame - Jill Stark Booze Basket. - Gail Fronczak

In lieu of "Ladies Day" this year, we are raffling a booze basket and a lottery ticket frame, with proceeds to benefit the Pink Pillow Project. Tickets are 3/$5.00. Raffle winners will be drawn at our Happy Hour in early November, date TBD. You can send a check payable to Polish Falcons Nest 6 to PO Box 991, Cheektowaga, NY 14225. You will just need to indicate how you would like your tickets to be dispersed, booze and/or lottery. Thank you as always for your support

It is with a very heavy heart that we report our dearest member and friend Yvonne Pelletterie passed on June 1 due to Covid 19. She was the strongest, toughest, most positive person we have ever known who never hesitated to volunteer and help at the Nest. She conquered so many personal battles that we were in awe. She is now our angel. Please watch over us Yvonne. Czolem!
