Sugar, spice and everything nice! Did you know our chef has created a five spice powder specifically for our limited edition Peking Duck Ramen? Plus it includes hard-to-source Sichuan pepper, making it utterly unique. The five spice powder is mixed with salt, fresh ginger and garlic to create the perfect rub to flavor the Peking Duck during the 36 hour dry-aging stage.

Ever heard of kaffir lime leaf? Or better yet, ever tasted it? At PHO-MEN we go to great lengths to ensure each dish’s authenticity. Kaffir lime is a citrus fruit native to tropical Asia and its leaves are nearly impossible to come by on the East Coast. So we're flying them in fresh from LA to be used in the green curry paste for our special Green Curry Fish Pho. Be the first to taste this dish at the Great Kosher Restaurants' Food & Wine Event on January 15th! Tickets available at www.thenextstepevent.com.

Smell that? That’s our limited edition Peking Duck Ramen. It takes 72 hours to prepare the Peking Duck - it's a real labor of love! But you'll have to be quick, this variety of duck is difficult to source and prepare, so we are limited to 25 portions per day. As they say first in, best dressed!

We've heard your concerns about the lack of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu and went right back to work. We've updated our menu with three vegetarian (also available as vegan) mains in addition to the two vegetarian appetizers that were already on the menu.
