The versatility of bagwork should not be underestimated. You can focus on technique and precision. You can focus on power and impact. You can focus on volumes d work output. All of these concepts can be combined with appropriate heart rate training to make your training session fun, productive and challenging. Weather working for longer extended rounds of 2,3,5 or even 10 minutes or breaking it up into intervals to get in some awesome HIIT training in. Getting creative and experimental or sitting down and working on fundamentals , bagwork can be an amazing addition to anyone’s fitness program. #playoften #ilovemuaythai #diamondheartstrikingandjiujitsu #bagwork #boxing #hiittraining #power #punchingbag
