Our next featured employee is Diana. Besides Marcia and Michelle, Diana is our longest employee, she’s been with us for 13 years. She loves us so much that all 3 of her daughters work here as well! You will see her in a variety of positions, anything from serving, hostessing, and kitchen, although there’s a few things she’s been fired from around here . She has the biggest heart and is the first one to help someone when needed. For her specialty drink, she chose ... Not Enough Coffee in the Day It’s when you still need the coffee but also add a little kick Iced coffee, a shot of vodka, rumchatta , and flavored syrup. To start out we are using cinnamon! Good morning! Like so many other restaurants, supply shortages and production issues have hit here at Pine Junction as well. We strive to be as consistent as possible. At this time, we can not get our normal chicken wings that we have served for the last 13 years. Rather than serve a product that we feel is not up to our standards, and have to charge more for them, wings will not be on the menu until we can restock ours. We do have a boneless wing available or try our ...half chickens! From time to time there is a period to where our Food supplier is unable to keep stock of an item, due to a production problem, and that is the case with our deep fried pickles and reuben balls. We have brought in some other delicious new to us, appetizers until those return. Thank you for your understanding!

Happy Mother’s Day! We hope all of the Mom’s have the special day they deserve and are spoiled a little today! We will be open from 11am until 10pm on a first come first serve basis. Homemade Chicken & Biscuits will be our special for the day and we have lots of Homemade pie and cheesecake for dessert!

Happy last day of 2020! We can all hope that 2021 will bring us back to some type of normalcy soon! To help alleviate some of the phone calls so we can concentrate on taking care of our in house guests, here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions. ... We are open 11am until 9pm daily, including New Year’s Eve and Day. We DO NOT take reservations. Due to our remote location, and the distance everyone drives to get to us, we find it most fair to seat on a first come, first serve basis, when your entire party arrives. We are at 50% capacity for indoor seating, and have also opened our indoor event building to accommodate more guests. It is heated, equipped with restrooms and is nicely decorated for the holidays! You must wear a face covering to enter the building and any time you are not seated at your table. We are permitted to seat up to 10 people at one table. If your group is larger, it will have to be split up. To help ensure proper social distancing, we can not allow anyone to wait for a table in our lobby or around the fire pit like old times When you arrive, you will be greeted by our hostess. If we are on a wait, she will ask for your name and phone number and you will have to wait in your vehicle until we call you in when a table becomes available. It is still NYS mandates that any alcohol purchase is accompanied by a meal purchase. Thank your for your patience while we work to keep all of you and our staff healthy! Merry Christmas to you all! We will be here until 4pm today and then close until Saturday at 11am! Everyone enjoy your time with family!

We appreciate our employees so much and want them home with their families for Christmas! Christmas Eve we are open 11am-4pm Christmas Day we are closed. We will reopen Saturday normal hours from 11am to 9pm!... We hope you all have a Blessed Day with your families and stay warm from the storm!
