"La Grinozza Pet-Nat is the second wine we’ve worked with from Poderi Cellario in the Piedmont, Italy! This family owned winery works their vineyards organically and all fermentations take place with indigenous yeasts. Sulfur is only added in small quantities at bottling if necessary. This lovely pet-nat is made from native Piedmont grape Grignolino, which has a long history dating back to the 1200s. The resulting wine is crunchy and refreshing, with notes of Alpine herbs, cherry cola and candied violets. Only one case available! Link in bio to purchase.
