Thank you Carolyn Gilbert for your review and pics on Google! Got a wonderful pad spicy basil lunch dish today with vegetables. So fresh and flavorful! It came with a lovely and crunchy side salad with creamy sesame dressing. All for less than $10. Definitely a great way to have a cheap, delicious lunch and also feel good about eating my vegetables. The April showers have started to bring May flowers so Mother’s Day can’t be far behind. Be sure to remember her, not just on this day of celebration, but throughout the year for all the years that she cared for you and shared her love with you. Please stay safe, healthy, and share some love.

I’m certain we’ve all been there. We have a craving for the taste of something that we really enjoy. We place an order for take out at one of our favorite restaurants. We drive to the restaurant with great anticipation of enjoying the meal that we’ll bring home. We enter the restaurant and smell the wonderful aroma of all those herbs and spices that they use in preparing so many delicious dishes. The friendly staff hand us a carefully wrapped package with our order an...d we can feel the warmness of our meal through the packaging as we head to our car. Once we are settled within the confines of our car the intensity of the aroma is multiplied. We decide to take a sneak peek inside to double check that everything is in order before we leave for home. But once the containers are opened The temptation to taste is too great. When was the last time you had a delicious Panang Curry? This diner chose to add chicken to their dish of curry paste, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, bell pepper and basil.
