OMG! Guys, I just got my Hogwarts letter. Apparently Dumbledore gave it to Errol to deliver back in 1994. He dropped it somewhere and a wizard just happened to discover it and had it sent by owl post to me. I’m off to study and hone my magical talent after the winter holiday recess. Wondering about Palava kids dress sizing? It’s generous. This is my Alice last night (sorry about the photo quality) at her chorus concert in a size 6-7 Palava reindeer dress. I got it for her two years ago when she was six! She changed her mind and never wore it. She’s now solidly a size 8 and it still fits. A little shorter but it fits. They’re expensive dresses but they last forever.

Those of you that know me, know I haven't been a big nature fan. I've realized in the last few months that that's what's missing in my life and is my true calling. I'm taking my kids and cats and going on a nature filled journey through the mountains of America. We'll backpack through and sleep under the stars. I've done a lot of soul searching the last few months and I've been sorely missing my time in Italy. Nothing in my life has brought me as much joy as eating fresh mozzarella while on my travels there. I've decided to buy a $1 home in Mussomeli, Sicily, about an hour from my great grandfather's home in Bivona and learn the art of cheesemaking. Help me clear out the shop so I can get to Italy as quickly as possible. Also now might be a good time to learn to speak Italian.
