DESCRIPTION Housekeeper / Laundry Aide - Long Term Care Facility Every Other Weekend Position Available on Day Shift... We are currently recruiting Full Time & Part time housekeeping/laundry aides to work for our long term care facility. The Housekeeping / Laundry Aide position exists to provide routine support in the environmental services of residents, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, well organized and safe manner, while focusing on delivering quality resident care. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Performing basic housekeeping support procedures for residents as required. Cleaning and sanitizing all areas on a regular basis Sweeping and mopping Trash removal Following daily cleaning schedule as required Maintaining and organizing cleaning supplies Sorting, laundering, folding and returning facility laundry
