Coach John @johncalarco12 here! Today I have another exciting announcement! I am officially launching the PHP online coaching program! Since I got the news that PHP was not going to be able to open in Phase 4 I have been working hard over the last few weeks to prepare this new online coaching system.... I'm starting a small Launch Group this month and I'm looking for 3 people who: 1. Want to lose 10-15 pounds of body fat while developing high level body weight strength from home with no equipment. 2. Have time to train at least 3 days per week for about 45 mins. 3. Are friendly and coachable. 4. Are from USA, Canada, UK, Australia. 5. And can keep a secret. Send me a Direct Message with the words "LAUNCH GROUP". I'll be choosing the 3 participants in the next week!

Movement is Medicine for our minds and bodies in many ways whether it's through working out or simply walking. Here are our top 3 benefits: 1) Movement Reduces All Cause Mortality: Various research studies have demonstrated that regular movement reduces all-cause mortality. One study that looked at 63,000 men and women over age 40 and found that the individuals who took part in moderate or vigorous exercise each week had a 40% reduction in all cause mortality! *Reference be...low 2) Movement Improves Brain Function: Movement strengthens areas of the brain like the prefrontal cortex which is responsible for focusing our attention and the hippocampus which helps us remember. Exercise stimulates the growth of new neurons and strengthens existing neurons while also increasing neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins which help us manage stress and increases energy levels. 3) Movement Improves Circulation and Detoxification: Movement increases the heart rate which helps strengthen the heart, increasing nutrient and oxygen rich blood flow throughout the body, and increasing waste product/toxin elimination through the lymphatic system. What is your favorite way to move? . . . https://jamanetwork.com//jamainternalm/fullarticle/2596007 #Monday #Movement #MovementMonday #MotivationMonday #MindsetMonday #MovementisMedicine #Exercise #Health #Performance #HolisticHealth #Fitness #Strength #Training #Nutrition #WestchesterNY #LoHud #HarrisonNY #MamaroneckNY #LarchmontNY #RyeNY #GreenwichCT #ScarsdaleNY See more

Have you ever noticed how similar a Walnut looks to the Human Brain!? . Not only do they just look like the brain, Walnuts are also one of the best brain foods! Here are a 3 reasons why: . 1) Walnuts are rich in alpha-linolenic acid an anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acid. Inflammation can cause cognitive decline.... 2) Walnuts contain more polyphenolic compounds than any other nut! Polyphenols are compounds found in plant foods that can act similar to antioxidants which decrease the oxidative stress that can cause cognitive decline. 3) Walnuts contain a high amount of Vitamin E which is protective to the neurons. . So make sure you pick up a bag of Walnuts for the 4th of July barbecue this weekend and enjoy! Your brain will thank you. . . . #BrainHealth #Brain #Walnuts #Nuts #BrainFood #PowerHP #Power #Health #Performance #HolisticHealth #Fitness #Strength #Training #Nutrition #WestchesterNY #LoHud #HarrisonNY #MamaroneckNY #LarchmontNY #RyeNY #GreenwichCT #ScarsdaleNY See more
