MEET THE ALUMNI Casey Daurio - Class of 2010 Casey Daurio is an artist, exhibition designer and art director based in Harlem. His career focuses on creating narrative museum spaces to bring art objects and ephemera to life. ... After completing his two years at PrattMWP Casey completed his degree at Pratt Institute. He majored in industrial design with minors in both sustainability and art history. In his art practice, he collects images of the everyday from snapshots of the people that come in and out of his life. From these snapshots, he interprets memories to create works in mediums from paper to textile and sculpture. Casey creates deeply personal works that reflect back at him through the lens of the viewer. He is currently employed at The Newark Museum of Art in Newark, NJ.

MEET THE ALUMNI - Brendan Moore Class of 2009 After completing two years at PrattMWP, Brendan went on to complete his BFA at @alfreduniversity. ... Brendan’s work is inspired by Shaker design and traditional Japanese wood-fired pottery. With more than a decade of experience, he has developed a series of simple forms and hand mixed clays for wood-firing. This careful combination has resulted in beautiful and functional works that reflect an ongoing exploration of form and fire. @brendanmoorestudios is now living and working in Kent, CT as a designer and fabricator at @rtfacts .

MEET THE ALUMNI Cannaday Chapman - Class of 2008 Cannaday Chapman is an artist from Upstate New York. ... After completing his two years at PrattMWP, he completed his BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City where he was awarded the Silas H. Rhodes scholarship. After graduation, Cannaday spent time working in the advertising, fashion, and greeting card industries before becoming a freelance artist. Some of Cannaday’s influences are Toulouse Lautrec, David Hockney, Henri Matisse, and Rene Gruau. He’s also a big fan of Japanese and American comics and animation. Cannaday has received multiple awards and recognition for his art, including the Alvin and Norma Pimsler Award from the Society of Illustrators. He recently finished his first kid’s book about the life and childhood of the playwright, August Wilson. He currently lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
