Responsibilities ... Provide customers with professional service and assistance Making hotel, catering and car reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft Able to accurately quote and document fuel prices, landing, ramp and hangar fees Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clientele arriving and departing at our facility. You will have the opportunity to interact with many large corporations’ flight departments, high profile clients and General Aviation pilots and enthusiast. Customer Service Representatives are ambassadors for Premier Aviation. Qualifications Customer service/hospitality experience High school diploma or GED certificate A valid state driver’s license Must be able to obtain and maintain KELM AOA Airport Badge through required background Checks. Position Type and Expectations This is a non-exempt position. This position includes shift work which requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
