We understand that walking into a fitness facility can be intimidating, especially in these uncertain times. It is our goal to provide you with a safe, comfortable environment to enjoy fitness. The safety measures at Premier go beyond the state and CDC guidelines for keeping our members and staff safe. Unlike CT gyms and the many pop-up gyms and trainers showing up now, the Premier Fitness studio has been inspected by and has received an A rating on our studio cleanliness... and COVID safe plan, from the NY State Heath Department. Premier members get an individualized program that not only delivers strength, conditioning and mobility results, but allows our members to do so, while comfortably wearing a mask. Our 8000 square foot studio allows us to give our members an extra large workout POD, so you have tons of space to move freely and remain social distant while working out. The Premier Coaching Team has put in over 40hrs of training just to ensure Premier members have clear, effective and safe coach lead workouts while maintaining social distancing. The Premier studio has been outfitted with hospital grade MERV-13 air filters to ensure the air you breathe is clean and safe and the studio is deep cleaned on a regular basis using an electrostatic sprayer for maximum disinfecting.
