Can this quote be used when looking for relationships and mentors within the Fire Service? I believe it can. Surround yourself with people who care about this job. Surround yourself with people who strive to be better each day. Surround yourself with people who have a goal of leaving this service better than they found it, learning each day and sharing that knowledge with others. Surround yourself with great firefighters.
