Thank you CNBC for having me on #squawkonthestreet this past Tuesday to weigh in hours after news broke of calls for Johnson & Johnson vaccine pause. 1) 6-7 out of 7 million cases so far, one in a million. Lightning strikes more often. 2) You are far more likely to clot with the ... actual virus than this vaccine, in fact some studies have shown as high as 30 percent of covid patients vs 1 in 20 hospitalized and 1 in 100 recovering at home. 3) This pause is a normal part of the process and proves the safety checks and balances are working. 4) Current theory is this may be due to a rare immune reaction to the adenovirus vector that forms anti PF4 antibodies against your platelets.
