Perhaps we should rename the last days of summer ‘bear days’. What do you think?
Cat-tastic news! There 's new activity afoot in the Canada lynx habitat at the Queens Zoo, as three cubs have made their public debut! The cubs, one male and two females, were born in May while we were temporarily closed due to the pandemic. During that time, they bonded with their mother and are now mature enough to begin exploring their exhibit. When you visit, you may notice them playfully stalking and pouncing - this is how they learn to hunt in the wild.
Relax! Officially, there are still 13 days left of summer! Suggestion: spend one with sun conures.
