Sometimes old school still makes sense. I am having order pads (made out of paper) printed to keep track of what you need to order, and to place orders. You can fill out your order sheet with a writing instrument, then switch to new technology, by taking a picture with your phone and texting it to 585-703-7583. I’m sorry I haven’t posted anything in a while, and that reaching me has been a challenge for those who were not aware that I am back in business. The R Findings phone numbers and mailing address are gone. The best ways to reach me, are using the contact form on my Rochesterfindings.com website, or to text me on my phone at 585-703-7583. I’m not always able to answer my phone. Pretty much everything that I am currently carrying, is shown on the website with the same R Fin...dings stock numbers. The prices on the website are now hidden, and subject to approval as a jewelry trade business. Please let me know if you have difficulty signing in (former R Findings credentials are not being used on the new website). With the current high prices of gold, I have expanded my selection of 10KY findings to include Lobster clasps, end caps, as well as friction and threaded posts and nuts. Well ... my retirement didn’t last long. I am starting up on September 16th. and changing the name back to Rochester Findings. I plan to just work one or two days a week and just carry the most popular products. Orders and payments will be done through my new Rochesterfindings.com website.

The Sequel As customers have been calling and writing us about how much they are going to miss R Findings and many of our popular products, I am considering offering these products for online ordering and payments. Jewelers prefer our earring backs and heads to what other companies offer. Innovative products like the interlock system and Flip Guard will also be available. When I told my wife that I was retiring, she starting working on my to do list. I must comply with her... wishes. I will probably start shipping in late September after I check some tasks off the list. Since I am calling this my semi-retirement, I hope to ship just once or twice a week. Before my company was R Findings, we were Rochester Findings. I am planning on adding the ochester back in the name (recycling). The products on the order form will be able to be purchased through a shopping cart using various payment options. I will also make this form available as a PDF that can be printed and emailed/texted to me. There are boxes for each item, so you can fill in the quantities.
