Progress continues at riversledge we have completed 11 footings, 10 foundations and 7 slabs in 10 weeks. Huge shoutout to Dave and his crew for cranking out the foundations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO) The residential project team lead is an essential role in insuring the production of quality projects. They are expected to manage and guide their teams through the construction process of each project. This position will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all of their own work. Monitor the progress of project the make sure it is completed within the schedule and budget established Complete AM/PM huddles t...o ensure that the field team is on board with the daily tasks and schedules Assign and manage the duties of the field team on individual projects Ensure safe working conditions in compliance with established company safety manual Monitor and maintain truck, truck inventory, tools, and equipment Motivate field team to help increase production Communicate with DOFO on job needs (material, formwork, pumping, staffing) and issues Train field team on new or challenging tasks Ensure that new team members receive proper training (personally or via assigned individual team member) Attend Preconstruction meetings to aid in planning ahead for upcoming projects Coordinate form delivery with boom truck driver Coordinate concrete and pumps for their jobs Report back yardage and pump usage to the office QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Expected to have great understanding of construction technologies pertaining to concrete construction. Ability to read, understand, and communicate blueprints with field team. They should be experienced in planning, scheduling, and executing various construction tasks to complete projects. PREFERRED SKILLS Excellent communication skills. Strong organization & planning skills. Strong asset management skills. Strong blueprint reading skills. Excellent decision maker. Ability to motivate team members.

Little driveway we did 30 days ago, the customer wanted a 2 part sealer. First application was a 1/4" penetrating then our standard gloss sealer.
