Rainhas Churrascaria would like to thank Queens Chamber of Commerce for awarding us a microgrant to help finance our investment in a hospital grade air filtration system that is proven and certified to filter at least 99.5% of all particles down to .003 microns, 100 times smaller than what’s captured by ordinary HEPA filters. Every quarter, we will be training our staff on proper COVID-19 standard procedures based on the latest news and regulation. We promise you we will alway go above and beyond the current regulation to provide a safe environment for our employees and you our valued guests.

The kitchen will always use vinyl gloves. The kitchen staff will frequently change gloves between use in addition to frequent hand washing.

Every day, our employees will take a COVID-19 quesrtionnaire to check for symptoms of the virus. If any of symptoms are present, the employee will be sent home for further professional evaluation.

Every day all our employees are required to check their temperatures before working at Rainhas.

Every night, Rainhas will disinfect the entire restaurant to ensure a safe indoor dining space for our employees and our guests.

Rainhas has changed all our HVAC filters to MERV grade filters that better help trap smaller particles and provide better overall filtration. Coupled with the high ceilings of our restaurant and the social distancing of our tables, you can eat comfortably without your mask at your table at Rainhas Churrasaria.

Every table and chairs will be sanitized after each guests. We pride ourselves in our quick turnaround between guests. However, in this COVID-19 world, we ask for your patience for the increased table turnaround time.

Rainhas will continue to serve your unlimited choice and prime cuts of meats. However, this time our gauchos will serve on carts to distribute the meat in a safe and socially distanced manner.

Due to COVID-19, we will no longer have a salad bar and hot buffet until it is safe to do so. Instead, all your favorite select salad bar and hot buffet items will be ordered through your waiter and brought to your table by our newly created staff members, our food runners.

Rainhas will now use a QR code for our guests to access our menus on their mobile phones.
