Ravenswood is seeking a full time line cook. 40+ hours a week available. Must know how to cook steaks and burgers to temps. Must be able to work in a fast paced kitchen and communicate well with others. Highly competitive pay. Forget the chain restaurants and step into Clifton Park’s very own neighborhood pub. Well-known for their chicken wings, the pub features daily specials, delicious pub fare, an appealing kids’ menu. We also offer live music on the weekends! If you’re looking for a place to watch the big game, come on down to Ravenswood. We offer 24 draft beer lines and 22 HD TVs including our 110’’ HD Video Wall, making Ravenswood a popular gathering spot for sports fans year round. We like to think of Ravenswood as a place that everyone knows your name. if we don’t we are always willing to learn a new one! Our friendliness comes from our proprietors Stephanie (Mama) and her son Scott. Stephanie and Scott bring a vast amount of years in the restaurant business to Ravenswood. Their first venture was the establishment named Mama’s, located right here in Clifton park, only mere seconds from this building. During the operating years at Mama’s, Stephanie endured many challenges and struggles but never gave up. Her dedication to our community and to her business, gained her A woman of distinction award in 1982. After 23 years of hard work, Stephanie decided to close the doors of Mama’s and retire. Clifton Park felt a loss. People missed her Italian fare and missed her. In January of 2016 the opportunity came to Mama to purchase Ravenswood. At the age of 70, Mama decided it was time to get back to work and feed her family and friends again. As Mama says, she is fine-tuned, like an old violin and ready to sing again. Please enjoy her light mood, great food and home town hospitality.
