We all know that no one can answer the deeper questions for us? Who am I? What is the purpose of my life? What really happened in Covid 19, for me? Those answers lie within our heart and Inquiry allows us to enter. It takes willpower and courage to ask and pursue our own answers. When we are willing to ask our Heart, we realize that the question wasn’t leading to an answer at all. Meditation is a great habit to have. Finding stillness is a great gift we can give ourselves.
