Hey all! Wanted to give concert and restaurant-goers the breakdown of how seating will work today as it is a concert day. RESTAURANT DINERS:... We will be seating outdoors strategically so that you will be able to finish your meal and vacate the outdoor area by the time doors for the show open. Restaurant-goers are welcome to dine indoors during our regular hours. Only ticketholders will be able to dine outside past 7 PM when doors open for the show. CONCERT ATTENDEES: When doors open for your show, our brand new food vending window located off of the deck will open for concert attendees to fill up on your RBQ favorites! The vending window will be open through the final set break, at which time we will stop food sales.

Hello 2021! We are so excited to kick off the new year with our Nashville Hot Crispy Fried Chicken. This southern BBQ staple has been transformed into a sweet, spicy, deeply flavored RBQ play on a spicy fried cayenne chicken. We use a buttermilk brined chicken breast, douse it in a southern batter and fry it to a crispy golden brown. We will be offering this meal option as a sandwich or as a platter. As a sandwich the chicken breast is crispy fried, dipped in Nashville Hot sa...uce, and served on a lightly grilled brioche bun topped with pickles and coleslaw. $12 with one side and pickles. As a platter you'll get two southern fried chicken breasts dipped in Nashville Hot sauce served open face on lightly grilled sliced bread and topped with pickles and coleslaw. $17 with two sides and cornbread. We are excited to announce that we will soon be offering ONLINE ORDERING! We've heard all of your comments and messages and we understand how difficult it is to get through on the phone. Our crew has been working tirelessly to keep up. At the advice of our county officials and the health department, we have decided to remain takeout only until further notice. Within a few weeks we will have our online ordering system up and running, so please stay tuned and bear with us while... we work out the kinks. We also understand that it has been difficult that we sell out at different times each day. We are changing our protocol to help sort through that confusion. Regardless of whether we are sold out or not, we will answer the phones on Friday and Monday from 4 pm to 7 pm, and from 2 pm to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. If we are sold out entirely or sold out of certain menu items, someone will tell you when you call. We are taking orders at the restaurant but remember - calling it in ahead of time is the only way to guarantee your order! We may be sold out if you wait and order at the the restaurant. We're getting all sorts of festive tonight for Wing Night! Our special sauce is a Sweet Bourbon Nog. This wing dressing is a play on the classic drink that’s synonymous with the Christmas season: egg nog! This sauce delivers a creamy, delicious, sweet bourbon flavor that would make even the Grinch feel festive. Our cocktail tonight is the RBQ'd Bourbon Chocolate Nog Slide. Both meats will be lightly smoked for flavor only, but not fully cooked. The Pork Tenderloin will be packaged with a garlic herb butter & the Prime Rib with our house Au Jus. When we lost one of our matriarchs it was devastating. Much of what we do here and in life is all from the things we learned from this amazing person. Her early and sudden passing was not due to breast cancer but she battled this horrendous disease only a few years before her last health challenge. We watched in awe as our mother figure and friend fought to stay strong for her family. After a complete mastectomy her main focus was how to get up and back on her feet so she could continue in caring for her family. Multiple surgeries, heartache and years of struggle showed us what it really means to be strong! She never wavered from the mentality that she would get better and she would be better for it. This faceless opponent did its best to steal her strength but was unsuccessful! She truly was a warrior. Ultimately she beat it, she won. None of this would have been possible without the amazing doctors, nurses and donations to fund research. So look past our funny outfits and please donate. If not In either of our names, then for Mrs. J and the too many folks that need to face this struggle. Thank you, The Ray Brothers

Our annual holiday celebrations in The Yard Amphitheater can't happen this year but we are trying to keep the holiday cheer going! We have a Toys for Tots box set up in the lobby. Whoa! This year at the RBQ Annual Open we raised $6,307 for Richfield Springs Central School! It was a pleasure to work with Superintendent and BBQ lover Tom Piatti to make this happen. We can’t wait to help another school next year!

We want to give Alan Daley a shoutout for making this beautiful new tap system for us! We are going to put it to good use this weekend. We're bringing back $10 growler fills in a Kill the Keg special this Friday through Sunday. We have a limited amount of growlers for sale at the restaurant for $5 each. We are thrilled to announce that we have raised a total of $6,064 for the Real Men Wear Pink campaign! Colin raised a total of $2,967 and Tucker came in for the win with $3,097! It was so great to work with our friend Melanie Francis from the American Cancer Society and all of the Utica RMWP team. The outpouring of donations for our area was amazing, especially considering the difficult times we are living in right now. Even though Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over, there... is still work to be done, and your donations support that! Thank you so much to everyone who unselfishly gave to this great cause. We would also like to give a special thanks to the Earlville and Sherburne NBT Bank branches for their donations. Hey everyone! Colin and Tucker here. This year we are participating in the Real Men Wear Pink fundraiser to increase breast cancer awareness and raise money to fight this disease. We have set a goal of raising $2,500 each. But of course, we had to put our own spin on it. We are going to pit ourselves against each other in the name of friendly brotherly competition to see who can raise the most money and we have a REALLY fun way we're going to do it. If you missed it, the Schmutzy is a cocktail created by our very own Jesse Yerton.
