Once again CANstruction Long Island had its annual design/build competition this week where teams of architects, engineers, design and construction professionals, and students were given 12-hours to defy expectations, logic, and gravity as they built fantastic sculptures from thousands of cans of food, to be donated to local hunger organizations. RDG is proud to be honored with its big win Thursday (October 25) night. The Lake Success, NY architectural firm took home CANstru...ction LI's coveted Best Meal prize for its Wreck-It Ralph structure, using over 4,000 cans. This was RDG's 10th year competing. RDG proudly announces that Russell Neustadt, RDG’s Mailroom Clerk/Office Clerk was recognized at The 33rd Annual Employment Recognition Breakfast, held by ACLD, as its 2018 recipient of its P.A.C.E. Award. The P.A.C.E. Award is given to an individual who has, through hard work, successfully transitioned into the work force. ACLD [Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities (ACLD) Inc.] is a 501(C)(3) organization who’s commitment is to provide an enviab...le life for children and adults. RDG is also proud to announce that at the same Recognition Breakfast, it received ACLD’s 2018 Employer of the Year Award Russell Joined RDG in May of 2017 and has worked very hard, solidifying his position and making him a fixture within our company said Jay Rosenbaum, Russell’s supervisor and the firm’s Director of Operations. We’re very proud of him and of our partnership with ACLD.
