***RedemptionWrestling*** RedemptionMMA is now a NYWAY sanctioned wrestling club!!! We figured why not wrestle year round?!?! We now have wrestling sessions available Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5:30/6pm as well as live wrestling on Saturdays 5-6pm. If you or someone you know has children or even young adults who want to wrestle please contact Justin Walker at (585)519-9352. We now have wrestlers from as far as Mcquaid coming to learn with the best crew around! Come down and check us out!!!

This Wednesday 4/14 the gym will be closed from 9pm until Thursday 4/15 at 5am so that the ladies from More Than Murder can finish their research on the gym.

This year has been something you only hear about in books... It's been hard on everyone esp small businesses and even more so financially for individuals and families locally. We have been back open for almost 2 months now and the support has been amazing! So to pay it forward RedemptionMMA will be giving out 10, yes TEN!!!, free monthly memberships to those in need or deserving of it!
