Just a reminder that we will not be meting for Tune in on Tuesday tonight. I will be celebrating 32 years with this guy!!!

Such a beautiful day for a vision quest! We have seekers on the hill today and my heart is full! As part of Red Feather healing class, we take a day to sit, observe and be. It is a rite of passage, no doubt. Being in nature, agreeing to slow down, to honor tradition, to state and to seek intention, to just be, is difficult for many of us who are used to the fast pace of western society. It is always exciting when the quester comes down from the hill and back to reality. Often times, the realizations are beyond expectations and life changing. I am sitting, holding space today, knowing that profound things are happening! I am waiting with great anticipation to hear the stories, to see the changes and I am so very grateful for this opportunity to share in the transformations!

Happy New Year! There is a Chinese proverb that says," May you live in interesting times." It was brought to my attention several years ago by an employee with whom I worked. We were in a dangerous neighborhood and she was out of her element. She affirmed that she was living in interesting times. She didn’t like it. I remember smiling, thinking that I always wanted to live in interesting times, with interesting circumstances. 2020 brought those times to u...s, in spades! I can’t even tell you how many times I used that descriptor, interesting in 2020. I got picked on for it! So, it must have been a lot! 2021 will no doubt bring more of the same- interesting times! I hope that you will spend some of them here, at Red Feather Healing Arts Center. I hope that as the year progresses, there will be classes, gatherings, ceremonies that speak to your heart. I hope that if you find yourself off balance, you will set an appointment to come in, find your center. I know that when you get here, you will find a community that is welcoming, healing and that speaks to your spirit. So here’s to 2021 and the interesting times it no doubt has in store for us.
