Covid 19 has put a real damper on this year but we like to look for the silver lining. One good thing that has come from the Covid Slow down at the processing plants has been quite visible in the quality of the pork and especially the beef. With limited staff, the pigs and the steer spend more time on the feed lots waiting to be processed increasing the grain in the cuts. We have a store ful of prime quality cuts of beef and pork at choice prices. How long will this high quality meat wull be available; I don't know. I do know that this has been the nicest product I have come across in twenty years. Come see for yourself!
