Sneaking in some #gyro on the tower with a variation on spiraling . Spiraling is one of our most natural and beneficial movements. Working in spiral, circular movements creates freedom, releasing joint tension, lengthening the spine, strengthening the muscles, and projecting energy into areas that are in need of releasing. When we move better, we create space throughout our bodies and protect our spines from injury and pain (+ the bonus of spiraling on the Gyro tower massage through movement ) Feels good, does good.
