We’re looking for an ambitious Customer Service Sales Representative who can take on unique circumstances as they come up. Project management and customer ...service skills will help solve any potential hiccups. Responsibilities: The basic responsibilities of the Service Representative include, but are not limited to the following: Manage daily communication with customers in order to maintain strong partner relationships Answer phones and make outbound calls with enthusiasm Maintain communication with vendors and customers and relay relevant information to the sales team. Verify customer and sales order information for accuracy Make outbound phone calls and send emails to schedule preventative maintenance Dispatch incoming sales orders to proper channels for full cycle completion Assist in the completion of special projects and other duties as requested Maintain professionalism, positive working relations and open communications with employees and customers Manage potential issues and resolve with customers and/or vendors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, 4-year college degree is preferred Desire to learn and continually improve Some industry experience is preferred, but not required Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers Proficient typing and computer skills Team player mindset - willing to assist others as needed Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time PTO For the following Vacation days Sick days Major Holidays When applicant becomes eligible opportunity for 401k plan, full single medical coverage including eyes, dental, and medical.
