AUDITION NOTICE: Regina Opera is accepting résumés for all male roles, male cover roles, and male and female chorus for our March 2022 production of La Bohème, in Italian with orchestra. Auditions are by invitation only and will be held in December. Please send material, including recordings, to [email protected]. Please indicate what roles, cover roles, or chorus you would accept. And thanks to our loyal audience who came out to enjoy and support it. It was truly a very special tribute to a man who loved conducting and who was loved by so many.

Just a reminder that the Memorial Concert for our beloved Maestro José Alejandro (Alex) Guzmán will be November 21 at 3 p.m. at OLPH. Great singers will perform great selections from some of Alex's favorite operas - The Marriage of Figaro, Fidelio, Otello, Don Giovanni, Manon Lescaut, and Cavalleria Rusticana, with English supertitles. Orchestra conducted by Alex's dear friends, Maestros Gregory Ortega and Scott Jackson Wiley. PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION, ID, AND MASKS REQUIRED.
