Bend the left leg up and place the left foot on the ground near your butt. Bend the right leg up and rest the right ankle across the left knee.... . Reach your hands around your left shin or left thigh and pull it towards your chest. Your right hand will go through the hole in between your legs. . Ralph came to our clinic with pain on his ankle because of playing the sport that he loves- tennis . @kev0kev0kev0 started having pain on the left side of his chest then going to his left arm. He thought he was having a attack. The doctor ruled that out but the pain was preventing him from pushing, pulling and using the computer thus making his work more difficult. He even had a hard time playing Nintendo. HIs posture was slouched over too. When he finished his therapy program, pain is gone and he is also standing much straighter.
