Everyones just hanging out in the studio this week Here’s your reminder to continue to make time for self care! As we start to commute back to work and into those busy busy schedules let’s continue to keep our self practice strong. There is always you time in your schedule. And we are here for that! Come in and try out the fluffy cuffs being upside down relieves back tension, lowers stress levels and is an overall body refresher.

Good morning movers and grovers! As we step into another week of uncertainty make sure you continue to find your you time . Finding balance between work and play is part of the quarantine struggle. It’s hard to stay committed to any type of self care this far into the pandemic (we know ) but here are some little tips and tricks we’ve been doing that seem to help us .... take 5 mins to stretch! Reach for the ceiling, touch ur toys, stretch your hips all you computer ppl! take yourself for a walk (short or long!) but WEARAMASK try a new Pinterest cocktail/mocktail or two or three 5 min play time. Play with kids/animals/partners. Color/listen to a fav song/sing really loudly of course we have to preach pilates Try out a new instructor, take a class you normally wouldn’t, take a class and just focus on BREATHING the whole time Taking just a few seconds a day to move just a little will help boost endorphins and bring back a little more happiness to your day. Usually we keep our IG content focused on Pilates and healthy/fundamental movement patterns. However, with the recent anti-racism movement and global uprisings we’ve arrived at the decision that not using our media platform and community outreach (regardless of how small) to help contribute to the BLM cause will just make us even more a part of the problem - as silent onlookers.
