Chef Jose Andres is on the ground there (Puerto Rico) running a large scale feeding operation started a few days ago for 5k people and scaling up each day with a number of restaurants/chefs/venues/etc. They need FOOD. And have the capacity to receive/store/process/cook/serve/distribute/etc. Perdue has committed to us 100,000 pounds of food ready to go NOW. And we have tens of thousands of other pounds of food from other purveyors. We need cargo shipping ASAP. The food is currently in Virginia but can get anywhere within 1.5-2 days. Thoughts?
