OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR JUST 2 DAYS: VERTICAL AGED STEAK TASTING PRE FIXE 10 COURSE DINNER here at The Ridge Steakhouse in Monsey You saw all the videos, you saw all the photos, now is your chance to experience this truly unique 10 Course dinner highlighted by 3 Prime Age Ribeye Steaks in different stages of aging from their house dry age refrigerator.... The 1st of the steaks is a 77 day aged Ribeye on the bone, the 2nd is a 105 day dry aged Tomahawk and the 3rd is a 161 day dry aged Ribeye on the bone. All three steaks will be carved table side and seared to allow for the finish at the table. We will be hosting 3 very limited seatings of 8 guests served communal style. The dates available are Thursday, October 25th and Monday October 29th. Seats will be sold in pairs of 2 at $375 per person (not including tip and tax) and it will include the 10 courses and 2 mixed drinks per guest plus a wine pairing for the aged steaks. Since no two tastings that Chef Gustavo creates are ever the same they can not reveal the entire menu but to give everyone an idea of what menu would be like I am attaching the 10 course menu they created for the special private event for Fleishigs Mag.
