Low mortgage rates continue despite the Fed rate hike.

Got a call today from a client in Detroit with some questions. He asked where Highland Lake was. Thinking of the nearest obvious landmark I proceeded to ask if ...he ever heard of the Woodstock Festival and that it was 15 minutes down the road. His answer? "Heard of it? I was there man. I left college on July 4 1969 for the festival and didn't find my way home until Labor Day." Long discussion ensued on the area, Bethel Woods, etc. Pretty cool. No matter where I go or who I speak to there is always some sort of link back to Sullivan County. See more
