Being one of my favourite restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of discovering since moving to NYC, Risotteria Melotti has been on the brain during this Corona period. Used to come here whenever my mom @manndebs was in town to treat ourselves. Sadly this time I was sans mom and subbed this takeaway box for the usual dine in experience but this may have been my favorite Risotto dish of theirs I’ve tried yet! This was asparagus, bacon and chicken risotto. The asparagus was cooked into the sauce hence it’s green flavour but perfectly complimented the perfectly salty bacon and chicken. Texture was a little creamy and of course, the Risotto was cooked perfectly. Until next time @risotteriamelottinyc!
