We've been getting a lot of questions regarding the recently announced CDC recommendations for fully vaccinated individuals. However, New York State has not yet made any changes to the mandated COVID rules, requirements and responsibilities that our business must adhere to. We ask for everyone's patience as we wait for updated guidance and regulations from NYS. At this time, all of our current COVID-19 protocols remain in effect. We are excited to announce that some of our group classes are returning starting November 2nd! Check our website for the class schedule and more info! We will also be opening on Saturdays from 10am-2pm starting 11/7/20!
