Hey everyone! We just wanted to update you as to what's happening. As we get closer to entering Phase Three, we are currently getting the shop ready to handle light foot traffic. We're hoping to have everything set up to allow this within a week or so (we're waiting on some shields to come in). We're aiming for July 7th, though it may be slightly after that. We'll make a more formal post regarding this and hours as we near the 7th. The reality is this: there's still a pandem...ic happening right now, regardless of what phase we are in, therefore when we reopen the following will be done: - No more than two patrons will be allowed in the store at a time. If there are two patrons already in the shop, you will be asked to wait outside. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. - Patrons *must* be wearing a mask that properly covers their mouth and nose. No properly fitting mask, no service. A t-shirt wrapped around your face is not acceptable. There are no exceptions. - Patrons will remain AT LEAST six feet apart from anyone in the shop at any given time. We cannot tell you how often we have to reiterate this to people while we've been doing curbside, let alone with people soon allowed to be in the shop. If you are incapable of keeping your distance, you will be asked to leave. - If you have traveled recently, have attended any kind of gather large or small, have felt under the weather (even if you think it's just allergies), have even a mild fever, etc, we ask that you refrain from coming to the shop, or anywhere for that matter, for a minimum of 14 days. - While we realize the desire to play an instrument before you purchase it, all woodwind and brass instruments are not available for demoing for the foreseeable future. - You will be asked to sanitize your hands before trying any instrument. We will have hand sanitizer available for you to use. While we are so absolutely grateful for all of you who have continued to support us through this (you're quite literally the reason we can eat), we will not put our health at risk for anyone and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who might put us in jeopardy. We thank you for your patience and understanding in advance and look forward to seeing you a little more in-person soon!

Hey everyone! As usual, we hope you're all safe and healthy. At the moment, we are only open for curbside services. We are preparing the shop as quickly as we can in order to SAFELY let light foot traffic in. However, it seems protocol needs a refresher. When you come to our store we look forward to assisting you in any way we can, however you will observe OUR rules. We are not here to endanger ourselves or anyone else we may come into contact with over selfish, ignorant beh...avior. Masks that cover your nose and mouth are REQUIRED. No mask, no service. NO EXCEPTIONS! At the entrance to the shop, you will see a large sign asking you to ring the doorbell, and then take a few steps back behind a blue tape line. Someone will come up to greet you and assist you as quickly as they can. This does NOT mean that you may step forward, unless you are prompted to by our staff. We are observing STRICT social distancing here in order to keep ourselves safe. We don't think this is too much to ask. We realize this is new territory for all of us, however those who chose to disrespect our rules are directly putting us in danger, and subsequently you as well. Please be respectful of those around you during these times. Let's do our best to keep this from getting any worse than it has already been.

Hey everyone! We are officially back open! Our hours will be Tuesday - Sunday 12pm to 5pm. We will be CLOSED on Mondays.... We will be following STRICT rules of conduct. These are non-negotiable, and service WILL be refused if not met. They are as follows: - We'll be offering curbside services for the time being. When you come to our shop, there will be a sign out front listing the rules with a doorbell. Simply press the doorbell, and someone will come to greet you in a few moments. - Masks are mandatory for all patrons. No mask, no service. NO EXCEPTIONS! - We will continue to observe social distancing. This means staying AT LEAST six feet away. We'd ask that anyone dropping off either instruments for repair, or instruments rented for the school year please take a moment to disinfect bags and cases at home to help us limit the chance of covid-19 exposure! We're happy to continue to serve you as best we can through these times. We ask that you respect the rules as some of our staff do have underlying health conditions that put us at great risk from covid-19. We thank you in advance for your understanding, and look forward to seeing you soon!
