Free COVID testing and Flu Shots during the month of October, for folks in the ROC who are uninsured.

It’s been a tough past few weeks for us with late cancellations and no shows. These are always hard on a business like ours, but even more so now with all the additional challenges of working during a pandemic. We understand things come up, but we have a policy in place that helps make it possible for us to be here providing affordable care in our community. Please be mindful of arriving on time, of calling in advance if you know you aren’t going to be able to keep your appoi...ntment, and of honoring our cancellation and missed appointment policy if something does come up and you can’t make it for your scheduled time. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy at RCA. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, or miss without notice, there is a $20 fee. Please also know that it is not the job of our desk staff to waive feesthey are just there to communicate our policies and to help folks get scheduled and checked in.
