Happy 4th of July y’all!!!! We are locked.loaded.and ready to go!! We’ll be heading down to the Empire State Plaza here shortly for an awesome day of bbq, beer, fireworks and celebrating this beautiful country of ours!! ... We’ve got 12 briskets 100 pounds of pork 100 pounds of chicken 170 pounds of Mac and Cheese Pig on a stick And don’t forget our new item The bbq sundae We start serving at 6 o’clock, fireworks at 9:20! We hope to see y’all there. Wherever you decide to celebrate, just remember to do it responsibly!! Stay safe and y’all have a great 4th of July!!

Brand new menu item we’ll be launching on the food truck only for now.. The Waffle Bowl An 8oz Waffle bowl filled with 1/2lb of our smoked Mac and Cheese, topped with either Brisket, pork or chicken and finished off with a drizzzle of our sweet and Smokey bbq sauce! ... We’ll be launching this on Sunday at the Empire State Plaza for the 4th of July celebration!!

PSA to everyone in the Capital District! Come join us Saturday July 17th for the Skeeter Creek concert at the Clifton Park Elks lodge from 6pm till whenever!! We will be there serving up Brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, smoked Mac and cheese and a few other cool new items! Happy Sunday Funday!!! We just wanted to remind everyone that starting tomorrow, Monday, we will be open 11-7 Monday thru Saturday. The Rib Samich’ is on fire and will be available all day everyday!! ... And we’ll be announcing some more new items and specials as the week goes on! 2021 is going to be a great year!!

It’s a new year and that means a new item!! We’d like to introduce to y’all......The Rib Samich’ !! This ain’t no McRib. This is a fresh smoked rib sandwich, minus the bones haha, topped with red onions, pickles and a light drizzle of our sweet and Smokey bbq sauce! Comes with a small side of coleslaw!! ...
