For anyone NOT attending Rooted this Saturday, check out one of our afternoon Clinic Instructor’s other offerings of the day at nearby Long Point State Park! You must sign up in advance as there is a 10 person limit.

Coming this Saturday! Rooted is happening, albeit a very scaled down version this year (thanks, Covid ) There will be a Womxns Group ride at 10am where we will break up into multiple groups per skill level and desired ride length.A guided hike and meditation at 11:15 and two clinic options or yoga at 1pm. Please wear a mask when physical distancing can’t be done and stay tuned for more details re: class descriptions, parking and lunch info!
