It's oddly satisfying that I can color coordinate the dogs here! But not odd at all that it's very satisfying that I can clean with all these dogs relaxing together.

The first step for Gemma in learning how to shake a person's hand. This exercise is going to be instrumental in her confidence with strangers handling her and approaching her.

Gemma is climbing the ladder!! Yes, she is very nervous. But I'm more excited about the fact she is being mindful, patient, not scrambling, not panicking, and waiting for information of what to do next. For Gemma, this is kinda big stuff! Her nerves will calm as her confidence in herself soars.

Our sled dog tour rides are now open for reservations! Take a [thrilling] ride through the Schoharie woods on our 100 acre property. A totally organic ride, with our dryland cart for mushing without snow. (And you won't even miss the snow!!)

Dayna is getting her nails trimmed for her training now! She definitely hates it, previously in training she would be aggressive and in this video you can see her make a couple of mean faces :) every week I have been working feet touch and handling to get her ready for this. As a bonus, take a look at Brooklyn sailing right along on the treadmill! And of course Sunshine makes a goofy appearance.

Who wants an update on Blueberry!! So many wonderful folks habe rooted for him and wondered about him. This morning I woke up to this check in Kate, I’ve been meaning to update you about Blueberry for weeks now, time is just flying. He has been steadily adjusting. Constantly learning that every noise, person, and dog is not a threat. He definitely has gone from an F and failing at home life to now, about a solid B for a grade, lol. Sometimes A-, other times B-, but not...hing that can’t be handled. He’s even been to the kids’ soccer field a bunch of times to try to get him exposed and relaxed in public. So he’s gone from the dog who has that huge laundry list when he first went into training to a dog who can stay double-downed at soccer practices, with a few reminders here and there. I have just begun to let h him loose in the house for about 5 mins once day to run and play. Does great with the out command will drop toy in my hand, and when loose, even in mid run, he will recall and heel. Continuously trying to fine tune and teach this meathead not to lose him mind when he plays. Your training and tools have been incredible for him.

The ability to transfer over the skills, training and handler confidence is the most important part of training success

For some folks this celebration is so small. But for Louie's owners it's big time awesome. He wouldn't jump into the the car by himself. Even that is putting it lightly. He wouldn't walk on walks, walk in the house, he was the floor mop dog. His mom can be heard saying in the video here about the ease of Louie jumping in, Its un -real. This was no small and easy training accomplishment for me or them, to just get this, Louie had about 15 hours of training. Thats how bad it was!

Louie went home last night, and his family made my whole day with sending me this pic and words Baby and Lou on the floor at the same time! This would have never happened before!! We are already so happy
