Great news today, elective surgery should be up and going at Apex Surgery Center in the next 1-2 weeks. If you were previously scheduled for surgery, you should be hearing from us to reschedule. If you have not yet been scheduled, give our office a call and speak with Wendy to get on the schedule We will continue to take all necessary steps to assure the safety of our patients and staff. We are still working out the details of exactly how quickly we can be back up and running.
Hope everyone is staying healthy during these difficult times. We are hoping elective surgeries will be taking place soon, we know several patients are suffering while waiting to have their upcoming surgeries. We are still open regular days in both New Hartford (Monday and Thursday) as well as Hamilton (Friday) for your Orthopaedic needs. Stay healthy!!!
Starting Monday we will have limited hours due to the COVID-19 Outbreak. We will be still be seeing urgent patients in the office, fractures and acute injuries, those that need X-rays and patients in significant pain. We will also be offering Telemedicine visits for all patients. Please contact us directly if you have any questions. You can reach us by phone 315-824-1250 or email directly from our website. www.russelllafrancemd.com
RUSSELL M. LAFRANCE MD To all of our patients, We are all actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and continually making decisions regarding our business hours. Currently, we are staying open with normal business hours.... We are taking several extra precautions regarding the virus. Our staff is taking extra measures to clean our office throughout the day, focusing on high traffic areas, waiting room seats, and pens that are shared by all patients We have placed additional hand sanitizers around our office and ask that you use them or wash your hands upon entering the office We ask that you keep the number of visitors that you bring with you to a minimum If you have any flu like symptoms or fevers, please reschedule your appointment If we have any changes, we will notify you immediately. Stay healthy and thank you for your assistance in dealing with this situation. Russell LaFrance, MD
