Just to throw out there for any Millennials considering purchasing that have that Seamless-style mindset of the less people I have to talk to, the better. Trust me, this is not the time for that. When I say you’re going to want a Buyer’s agent, I mean it. It doesn’t cost you more (it just means the seller’s agent gets double if you don’t) and good luck completing the purchase ...without one. The last one I completed for a buyer was 296 pages. Way, way too often friends wait to come to me until they’re stumped or confused - at which point it’s almost always too late for me to get compensated for the deal, and as much as I love to help a friend in need, I don’t work for free.
