What a year. We can’t even believe that we celebrate our very first anniversary a couple weeks ago. It’s been a wild, extremely challenging experience. But we made it. It was not easy; but we made it. First of all we would like to remember those we all lost during this tragic year. We lost our grandparents, moms, dads, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, friends, husbands and wives. No doubts the price we paid was way too high. But we’ve learned a lot as well. ... We learned that united we are much strong. We learned to always help those in need and also accept help when it’s offered. We learned that despite our differences, we are the same. We learned that changes will only happen if we stand together and work together. We learned that life is too short. And we need to make it count. Fight for what you believe. Stand by your principles. Do what you love. Those are the foundations of Santo Brúklin. We’ve been putting our hearts and souls in our little restaurant and it’s been so rewarded. We made so many new friends; and our Santo Family grows every day. We can’t even express how thankful we are for every person that supported us; especially when all the odds were against us. Thank you. It’s with enormous joy, that we announce that our Santo Family is getting even bigger. We just signed the lease for Santo Brúklin’s new sister restaurant! Say hello to SANTO PARQUE; located right in front of the McCarren Park in Williamsburg. Keep following us for updates on our grand opening, that should be happening by late summer/fall 2021. Things are getting better; but they are far away from being good. Let’s keep moving forward, being safe and with caution. Caring not only about ourselves and our loved ones; but everyone else as well. We will get through this together.
