Friday is near, which means another #vegan special. We’re doing Korean style vegan hotdogs. Deeply caramelized carrots glazed with a spicy ssamjang (a condiment that generally accompanies Korean BBQ) and topped with a crunchy daikon saengche, which is bright, mildly spicy, and refreshing. Usually Musaengche is made with Korean radish (mu) but I didn’t have any so we went with daikon. All in all the whole experience is sweet, spicy, crunchy, and packed with umami.
