Looking for a food truck in 2020? Sarita's Food Truck is booking 2020 lunch dates NOW! Get your event in our calendar early and don't miss out! Here's how you can book our basic lunch setups (as well as most of our events in general):... 1) Decide which set up you'd like: self pay or catering. Many businesses like to treat their employees and/or customers to an "appreciation day". This is great for a positive and productive work environment. Harbors relationships between coworkers, and lets your employees know that you appreciate their hard work. Having a food truck set up at your place of business benefits both parties, as marketing, networking, and promotion play a key part in any business's success! Requirements: self pay means that your coworkers, employees, or anyone else will pay for their food themselves. Catering means that the company, school, or event planner will take care of the bill. Both options have minimums (and perks for the individual booking the event!). 2) Pick your desired date and time for your event. Lunches are usually booked between 11am and 1pm, sometimes 2pm depending on your lunch hour. Catering services are based upon availability (the sooner you book, the better chance of getting your desired date!) and hours vary. We at Sarita's put a lot of effort into accommodating your needs! 3) Contact Us! Call directly at (315)533-2131, email [email protected], or send us a message on Facebook! 4) You'll be contacted within 24 hours by one of our representatives to set up a time and date to further discuss your event. 5) After your event is booked, if you're required to pay a set up fee or a minimum, please pay promptly to secure your booking date! 6) Get ready for some great food and less stress for your event!
