We cannot accommodate walk-ins. Everybody must register online. (NYS guidelines)... Most classes are available online (live stream) and in the studio (limited capacity, Masks are required at all times) Bring your own mats and props. We no longer have them available for use. The floors are marked so you know where to put your mat so we can all be a safe distance apart.
