PLEASE SHARE! Step by Step is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to work in our outpatient clinic, 16-20 hours per week. A minimum of three years’ experience with sensory processing required. Familiarity with outpatient, insurance-based model preferred. Patient population: Pediatrics, children 0-18 years. The number of children enrolled in Early Intervention services fell by 12% statewide during the pandemic. For kids still enrolled, services delivered fell by 29%. NYS must Act Now to reverse these trends. #KidsCantWait

As physical therapists, we often incorporate puzzles into other activities such as obstacle courses. Adding a close-ended activity like a puzzle to an obstacle course can motivate kiddos to complete more repetitions, building their endurance.
